In the middle of Vasagatan, a short walk from Stockholm Central Station and Arlanda Express, you will find our new venue of 17 000 square meters located in the old postal office designed by the famous Swedish architect Ferdinand Boberg. Here you will find hearing rooms in a historical environment at Stockholm’s most accessible location.

Three venues in central Stockholm
We provide the best possible locations for arbitration and hearings in central Stockholm. Our three venues are situated in the city’s most attractive business areas and offer several rooms of various sizes equipped with modern technology and excellent services. With our experience of arranging arbitration and mediation hearings, we guarantee a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at every stage of the process.
Strandvägen
Our venue at Strandvägen is situated in one of Stockholm’s best-preserved Art Nouveau buildings, with a stunning view overlooking the water of Nybroviken. This venue is located right next to Hotel Diplomat and only a few steps away from central transport. Here we provide beautifully furnished meeting rooms in a professional and historical environment. The largest main hearing room has a maximum capacity of 28 people.
Odenplan
Situated at a top location in Vasastan, we welcome you to our facility at Odenplan. All meeting rooms offer windows and natural light exposure and our largest rooms can accommodate up to 70 people. A parking garage can be found in the same building with elevators leading directly up to our premises.
Technical equipment
We provide modern technical equipment and prepare the room with all the necessities for your hearing. Additional services such as video conferencing, high-performance multifunction printers, conference calling and AV and IT support are available upon request. Food & Beverage
At SIHC, we know that food and drink are of the utmost importance for a successful day of negotiations. We therefore offer seasonal menus, carefully composed by our experienced catering chefs. Start the day with a light breakfast and choose from everything from lunch to three-course dinners. We also offer unlimited customization of our menus on request. Coordination
When you make a reservation with us you will be appointed an experienced project manager who will assist you with all necessary preparations and coordination. You will also find a personal contact onsite to assist with general enquiries throughout the hearing. We work with a high level of integrity and all staff members have signed an agreement of confidentiality and they will respect any information that they might encounter during a hearing at SIHC.
On-site services
We offer professional court reporting services including daily transcripts and on-site reporting. We can also connect you to experienced translators to assist you during the arbitration process.
